Global Recruiting is like every other recruiting firm you've ever come across. Except for the differences.

We work with one set of people, in a tight niche, within one industry - right across the USA.

The result is that we understand producers, account executives, practice consultants and marketers better than most. We understand how they think, what it takes to be great in their jobs, and how to move them. (And their books).

Instead we proactively research and locate people who stand out in the top 20% of their industry peer group; who are too busy with their careers to be job hunting; and who are poised for growth.

Our Process:
Our service starts with the quality of our own hiring and training. It's tough but we teach our recruiters to say NO more often than YES - both to prospective candidates and clients.

We teach them to scour the market for agencies or brokers with the strongest stories, the best leadership and the most compelling vision.

As talent scouts, we hunt for candidates who stand out from the crowd. Candidates able to articulate how they have been successful, and why they are poised for growth. We teach our recruiters to evaluate, to dig deep.
