As talent scouts, we hunt for candidates who stand out from the crowd.
Candidates able to articulate how they have been successful, and why they
are poised for growth. We teach our recruiters to evaluate, to dig deep.
Then we help both sides perform a reality check, in which we align mutual
expectations, understanding, culture and persona.
